The Manor House Development team is dedicated to keeping their tenants on the top of their list.  Mike Belleau is our on-site Construction Manager and Maintenance Coordinator. Ryan Belleau is our CFO and our office staff ensure each tenant's needs are addressed and questions are answered.

Wayne Belleau is the Owner/Landlord and is much appreciated by his tenants.  He takes the time to be easily accessible for his tenants and is always willing to lend a voice of advice when asked.
