Manor House Development employees are hard working and dedicated to keeping their tenants on the top of their list.  Doug Brown, whom has been with our organization for over 17 years, is the Construction Manager and Maintenance Coordinator.  He is on site and ready to fix any need or problem that may arise.  Ryan Belleau is our Legend Park II Accounts Manager.  Ryan is on site and available to show you space and assist in making your transition a pleasant one.  Dee Chadwick is the Legend Hills Accounts.  She is always eager and available to assist wherever needed.  Rae Malan is the lovely voice you get when you call into our office.  Rae is ready to direct your call and ensure your needs or questions answered.

Wayne Belleau is the Owner/Landlord and is much appreciated by his tenants.  Mr. Belleau takes the time to be easily accessible for his tenants and is always willing to lend a voice of advice when asked.  Mr. Belleau takes pride in his developments from the inside-out, and as you take a tour to find that new office or retail space, you will see why.
