This three floor building was completed in September of 2003 and is located just east of I-15. It has a total of 35,305 square feet, which comprise of suites between 77 and 4,000 square feet. Executive suites in 1412 S. receive shared use of common conference room, common kitchen, utilities, and 5 day janitorial. Multiple suites include 5 day janitorial and utilities. All Tenants are responsible for their own telephone, internet service and secretary services if applicable.

The Conference Room is shared among all executive suite tenants. To ensure accuracy, a calendar is placed outside the Conference Room so tenants can sign in for the specific time and date of their meeting. This process insures a secure schedule for every meeting and eliminates overlapping appointments. The Conference Room includes eight chairs and a dry erase board.
